AI and llm models are here to stay but openai and anthropic are gonna go down to half their worth.
Thats why you are seeing both of them trying to find new use case for their billion dollar models.
You dont need those huge models to fix your email or write some simple frontend code. 99% of the work can be done with smaller lightweight models.
Nvidia just released n1x chip with windows that allow local models to run on your device for agentic work.
In short : Its a cycle. New thing pumps , then it gets flat and integrate in our life. The money just moves to the next big thing. The winner is always the whales.

Not everyone needs a bmw to go from place a to b.
maruti is more efficient for that.
You still need a car. either maruti or bmw.
no one is raping no one. Both are for different use case and people.
just study the dot com bubble fagtards
market crashed, a lot of companies went bankrupt, but some stayed, new ones were formed, and internet is everywhere now

sorry I read the post as "ai is doomed".
No idea of AI doom. I think openai is just trying to find new use case before funding dries up.
Anthropic is cheaper and their strategy is to fear monger.
Both have called for stricter ai
