My sister recently started menstruating and there were blood stains mixed with pee drops on the front side of the toilet seat yesterday after she left and I went there to poop. I was disgusted but didn't wanted to embarrass her so l wiped it off with a napkin dipped in Dettol.
This was the 5th time I had to clean her mess within the last couple of months and I really hate it. I told her to throw water on toilet seat every time after using it to "keep it clean" and I said that I do it too.
She now follows that instruction but that really doesn't help that much because the blood kinda dries up and solidifie by the time she's done using the toilet and the only way to remove it is to rub it off with a wet napkin. Is there any other way to subtly tell her to be a little more hygienic when using the toilet while she on her period?

There's no way blood reaches her buttcheeks and gets transfered to toilet seat
she's either not using pads for her size, which is causing blood to overflow and cover her cheeks.
Or she's sitting the wrong way on toilet seat and touching parts she can avoid. Tell her to sit carefully in that case.

Women mark sites with their period blood to garner attention of mates to impregnate her. This is very common in animal kingdom. She's either asking for you or your father to rape her.
