My baap left out of station and told me to call for the AC service now the customer care told me 1500 ₹1000 + ₹500 charges (servicing+visiting fee), but my baap told me it will be free bloody hell wtf do I do now?

we have repaired our samsung ac multiple times and it still keeps breaking and the repairs were expensive as well like 10000rs total parts and labor, we have spent more on repair than the actual cost of the ac itself and it's still broken so we have decided to cut our losses and scrap it
