It has been more than a year since the AI layoff boogeyman hysteria started all over the world.
My relative who used fake experience (worth 7 years) certificate to get an IT job (and had even got a warning from a WITCH company about his fake experience) and working in a private bank is still there. When will he get fired?
A couple of my cousins who are doing WFH jobs with a basic commerce degree are still there too.
When will these people lose their jobs?
I had my doubts but now I am certain that unemployment is a scam and AI layoffs are not real.

I did not do anything. I applied for some jobs that I got mostly ghosted for, and got 2 callbacks and both of them turned out to be shit companies that posted under a different name in Indeed so I had to reject. I went to a guy who works for the government asking him for referral but he said he can only hire me through contract so said I'll consider and left. I looked at newspapers and I looked at some jobs that I would be happy to apply to (for example a cute laser cutting studio that makes cake decorations) but my parents told me that that's so cheap and why I keep going for low class jobs. I zoned out for 2 weeks playing OpenTTD. That's it. That's the summary of my September.

I just want my relative to lose his job. That way my parents will let me make my own decisions.

Same yaar. All my cousins are working. Even one who lost his job found a comfy WFH engnigger job. And they want me to believe there are millions of unemployed IT niggers out there

What's wrong in contract job? Atleast you'll get something temporary and get some shekels to fund Neet lifestyle. Also start saving pyaare. Your parents will not be there forever.

>What's wrong in contract job?>full time employees go through main gate<contract employees go through a labor gate full of gutka spitting drugged up immigrants>full time employees get paid leave overtime allowance insurance allowances etc. etc.<contract employees get shit - they get paid for the days they work>full time employees get notice period severance etc. etc.<contract employees get told to leave once contract expires - or get told to work under the same contract even if the tender quoted was lesser than what they worked in before>full time employees get protected if they die in work like a crane falling down over their head<contract employees get their deaths censored and silenced by paying a specific amount to family to avoid negative PR and getting the industry shut down>full time employees get to supervise and authorize only<contract employees get to execute so if something bad happens they get blamed for the incompetence of higher ups>full time employees get cab / bus facility to transport from city to outskirts<contract employees get told to come on time by their own means, in rotating shifts
Just some points I can think of.
