Since past few years the Government is implementing ethanol blending in various levels. The reasons provided are 1) Reducing import of crude oil, thereby saving foreign exchange money 2) Reducing pollution But could there be another reason? That we are coming to a point where crude oil extraction on a global level will be impossible. Is this why we are reducing our dependence? Share your thoughts anons
i thought everyone here knew about nitin gadkari's son owns an ethanol manufacturing plant
>>20211 I know that but could crude oil scarcity be an underlying reason?

>>20208 >pollution no serious person cares about that >crude oil shortage it is coming, along with gas shortage and fertilizer shortage. billions must starve. >ethanol requires fertilizers to grow sugarcane, maize, whatever, so a moot point. the whole ethanol thing is just typical gormint show which does not solve anything but feels good and the populace feels like gormint is doing something. basically, things are fucked. glhf
