This. No bureaucrat gets caught just because they were slacking. He must have made some enemies and or his underlings/coworkers dissented him. And ACB also does raids in hopes of getting some money from babus. They’ll only take action if you don’t pay them too
In govt, babus have a range on how much corruption is acceptable. If you’re above or below that, they’re going to make you miserable
