1. The current constitutional laws should not apply to Brahmins, Jats, Rajputs, Gujjars, Ahirs, Khatris, and other dominant castes until a new constitution is created by these groups.
2. These groups should be treated as a separate category under the new constitutional and welfare system.
3. People from these groups should receive complete state support for all their necessities, including free education, food, housing, healthcare, and other essential services.
4. 100% of seats in Parliament should be reserved for these groups.
5. All senior administrative, executive, and policymaking positions within the civil service should also be reserved for members of these groups.
6. Only members of these groups should have the right to introduce, change, or remove laws.
7. Members of these groups should be required to complete two years of military or national service, with reasonable exemptions for medical or other legally recognized circumstances.
