I think it's very likely he's asexual but gay? If he were, we would have actual rumours regarding him like how we've evidence of James Lindsey secretly visiting gay bars and having a Grindr account. Anyways I don't think he's straight without a shadow of doubt. If he were, there would be many rape accusations against him which is almost none.

Gays usually have very high libido, this is why republicans who are rumoured to be gay are often caught disguised at gay bars or visiting gigolos.
I can't think of any such evidence of Modi other than his tendency to hug men very tightly which could be a cultural thing.
