Banning foreign posting had no good effect on quality, infact I think we've solidified some sort of a caste and race war here.
Tor posting ban takes out some quality posters and good namefags who actually want to post. Now all thats left is some spammers and kangers.
Why, just why? Is this what you want to cultivate?
