2)Human body perfectly replaces each and every matter in the human brain over due course of time
If each and every neuron in human brain is replaced with new but in the same structure, the consciousness seems seemless with continuity. Essentially, it's entirely different brain matter.
Now similarly, if you're just brain matter, then why won't similarly copying the same brain physical structure make it just the original you?
Because essentially, that's what's happening inside your skull biologically.
