You are mistaking his point. Caste is in essense race, two indians of different subcaste but same caste, lets say us gaur brahmins and then saraswar are genetically further apart than men of poland and ukrain are. However none of it matters if decomposition is some form of active ingredient.

Not exactly. See varna is more of this broad concept really. In technicality it is true that a Brahmin from Kerala and Brahmin from region of Kashmir may have had a common ancestor at one point, but caste effectively refers to your ethnic identity.
Based on every region, there are few people that meet niche of chaturvarna or avarna status who were not fit for the four labels.
