Anons, I am not even kidding, one of guy I know recently got a job in some urban bank and his salary is 11,000 rupees.
This is so fucking brutal. I am already little bit sacred about my future and knowing this I am shit scared now.

This is a social job position. Many such jobs exist in India.
Dont need any qualifications, gives a person chance to make a living or help their household income etc.
It's not a bad thing and all Indian companies should be forced to have such jobs.
It's how they do it in Japan as well.

No if everyone gets a job like this then everyone will want to earn just this. It's bad for economy as well.
Japan does this because of cultural reasons. that's why they are behind in software services. They innovate in slow pace.
today i had to listen to a lecture from my mom
i saw some jobs at nearby shops that i could ask the shopkeeper to apply to
she said it is better to work in accenture and tcs while you earn 12000 rupees than to work in a garage or fast food while you earn 20000
she said everyone will ask her "what is he working in some shop? eww"
you'd think 11000 is low but a bank job comes with +10000 izzat
