lifting weights feel like as if next rep might just be my death.
post weight-lifting workout feels as if i can't even drink water and want to puke, my brain feels empty and heavy. i can't even study.
lifting overall seems to be a really hard thing, spikes cortisol, gives no dopamine or adrenaline. pretty much overrated to prove your value as a man. its more like you need to have an empty brain to even embrace something that has no immense reward but hell lot of pain and trouble incase of an injury.

stop lifting heavy weights.
Lift lighter and do atleast 15 reps.
Use weight where you can breathe properly and do more reps.
You will never get huge unless you eat like pig or spend huge money.
So change your goal to healthy living and you will be much better

If you're a dyeljeet you should focus on doing machine exercises and shiiii for the first few months. I unironically started lifting weights with 1 and 2kg dumbbells because I spent 2 decades with zero fitness activity other than pin pong.
