I personally quit smoking by fixing everything else in my life that wasn't in order. This included social relationships, my work, my health and other habits.
You could quit smoking by doing as this anon mentioned >>156452 but you will be miserable imo. I tried doing this too.

>miserable
on the contrary, I felt happy immediately after I extinguished the last cigarette. psychologically this book does something to your brain if you read it completely. and I never really had any cravings either apart from a few pangs initially which were easily overcome by remembering what he had said about the pangs in the book
read it pajeet
the best case is you would quit
the worst case is you read a book
nothing to lose

It's ur cue. Just like for me bhangigram or chess. Whenever i get bored or don't know what to do i open these instantly. So i u break the cue ur already half way won the battle.
Another thing u can do is link it to something lik I can't smoke unless i drink alcohol or unless i coom today etc it add a little resist. So in the end either u win or loose for good

Interesting. I will give the britbong another try even though I have quit. Maybe I'll consciously realize some things I have attuned myself to subconsciously.
