Vidrel is my old house from where I have been selling children-wear clothes to retailers for the past 1 year.
I sell jeans, lower, t-shirt, frock, plazo and regional items like parkar-polka and khann frock. I also sell seasonal items and made a good profit on Holi and IPL t-shirts.
I order all these in bulk from Mumbai from various parties.
I have 12 fixed customers, more than half of them are street sellers, who order a few times a week and there are 6-7 others who buy from me once in a while.
I work 7 days a week, 7-8 hours a day. I am a complete trucel loner so my work helps in keeping me engaged. I do everything, from ordering, to receiving the delivery and then showing the sample to customers and then from packing it to delivering it to them on my scooty.
After cutting all the expenses my profit for a day rounds down to 2500 a day which is more than enough for a guy living in a tier 2.5 city with no marital responsibilities.
