the best way to conduct this exam is to transport all the babus and professors who are setting this paper one month ahead to laksadweep and confiscate all their phones and everything like they are in prison, then keep them there till exam day, air transport the question papers back to india using indian air force and then use the border security force or indian army or whatever they can to transport the papers on land to exam centers meanwhile coaching centers can be shut down a month head as well
