Finished another rewatch of Gravity Falls. Thats where this is from, I have to specify because no one does reverse searches anymore.

When I say rewatch I mean watching 2 of the last episodes, because honestly, Gravity Falls is, great yes, it still holds as a show but you notice how much is held back, and how much better it could be, and it is better in your imagination.

Something about the show, and the journal itself, invokes something so deeply ancient within me. It almost makes you wonder, what is out there? Of course, probably nothing much.

Fortunately I did pack it, but it's with all my other book materials at my friends house for a while, still in the middle of moving everything.

That show and book has been such an almost foundational reference to me, that I maintained about 5-6 diaries and journals, with drawings and such because of that, or also because I love to do it but yk
