5. Capital Punishment to the Rapists (Victim can be from any gender)
6. Free Education and Free Medical Insurance for everyone.
7. Doubled the tax from the industrialists.
8. Scheduled Tribe gets complete autonomy over their lands, food, herbs and ban the industrialization to their places
9. Prime Minister would become from Person with disability, Women, Transgender and SC-ST or DNT.
10. Special protection for regional states to bring their own legislation to protect their autonomy.

This is actually well thought out plan.
But digitisation and decentralisation should also be a priority. Ive seen u give more autonomy to states and that's actually great but it should be structured not just "yes u get autonomy " like centre should have responsibility for more pressing issues and all the domestic issues should have a bottom line if the state gets above that they get more funding.
But it should never be a ranking since it will weaken the unity. The states power should be given to mayors to develop them we will get many social experiments on par with china with population of more than some European countries.
