Been thinking about this video for a moment. I’ll be absolutely honest, the only thing I can see wrong here (which is wrong to my senses, or my preferences) is that they’re, dehatis. Thats it.
I really am curious because this video has been making rounds on twitter and there’s the Indian “based” crowd openly calling for dehati culling and the other side trying the “civic sense” argument. This video kind of shows that the whole “civic sense” thing is essentially just dehat fatigue, not anything moral or practical.

They’re just normal people eating on a flight like any of us, but the music and the garb and the food and, of-course her being a dehati visibly, is what makes this irksome for us. Its the same treatment that western folks give us, its just a hatred for kin.
Problem with hating someone for their kin is that, we aren’t top dogs of anywhere either, to the west this is how we look, frankly they don’t care, and even our discussion and small fights on being slightly fairer than the other or slightly richer or better origin falls flat when a similar video of some Indian man in texas comes out doing some dumb shit. Which is why this video is making me think about all this, I will say honestly that this is still disgusting to me, and Id hate to sit next to her, but frankly thats just because I cannot stand the lower classes, whether I know thats right or wrong
Some ppl don't eat anything from outside only home made i know these things as I'm from village side too.
No One should hate other just because they don't fit . I can rant a lot in there defence but it's not worth it the only reason I'm responsible as u emphasizes think about it

Im not going to defend this because there is nothing wrong with it. This is why I have stopped using social media. Nothing constructive comes out of it.

I honestly do agree. There is just something uncouth about it that you cannot put a finger on specifically. Similar to a FOB in texas eating rice with his hands.

I think we would refer to the indian middle class, the upper indian class doesn't really face this discrimination or fatigue irl.
