Jaats used to have rituals that were the same as Jartikas that were also assisted and known by the pitamah. This clan alongside the Kshatriyas had similar practices.
In modern context some of it was devi worship that was very closely aligned with shakta as well as their own rituals guarded in their own gots. (gotra). With the rise of Arya samaj, they lost it as all of the fags got pushed to meme version of "vedic aryanism" believing whatever bs was fed to them.
