I know a lot of khatri girls, who are my frens. They are very fair skinmed, but dont have light eyes or hair. I do know a few rors with light hair and eyes tho. Too bad they look a little inbred.

I have seen many pahdis with lighter eyes like green/grey there is even cousin of my friend with blue eyes.
Khatri too have lighter eyes but grey is rather uncommon most of them have hazel, amber eyes again I am not making any generalization many khatris have green and grey eyes too bit I have never met one yet.

I have seen pahadi with light eyes too. My pahadi friend gas extremely light greenish eyes. Entire kallej used to be chimp about her kek. Wonder what she is doing. I miss how she would always talk to me, and listen to all my kallej troubles. Hope she is doing well in life.

From what i know they start at one point or another. Few take art school so they can polish digital art as much as they can. Color theory and so on. Rest of it is a learning process, you keep getting better as you go about it.
The best way to tackle this is to seek an artist you really like. For example i like Demizu Posuka. I like over dozen some artists but, tbey all are really really distinct in what and how they all draw their stuff. You can follow or even ask them directly how they do it. There are channels that talk about this stuff.
"What exactly makes this jp artists stuff come off as it does, and the theory of art, color, saturation etc behind it". That is one way to tackle it.

It is quite brutal actually. Some of the artist make it big. It their are is really good they end up being hired by the vtuver industry like hololive. That us just done deal where you can make money for life. Whoever made biboo is drowning in galons as we speak. It is a contract basically. Rest just get by, a lot of artists exisr but, again, a LOT of artists exist.
