Bhadwe, I have a better physique than 95% of pajeet population (including (you)).
14yr olds are not built like that in any universe. His nuts dropped 1yr ago and he is already built like a grown man, you dumbfuck.
He's either lying about his age or is on gear.

I'd give him the benefit of doubt if he were 18-19yrs old. But unfortunately, test and dbol is literally cheaper than protein in this god forsaken country. In the era of influencers, zoomers are regularly taking gear for social media izzat.

Yeah and a lot of jhoomers are really hungry for clout. I wont out it beyond any jhoomer to shrink his nuts till they look like matar, just for some likes and a nice brand deal.

My diet is vegan ghar ka khana. 95% whole foods. Major protein sources are tofu, soy chunks and pea/yeast protein.
Training is a bit complicated but I focus majorly on BB compounds and weighted calisthenics.

Sad yaar.

Yaar i was going to say i mogg you, but this is fucking insane for vegan diet in india. I actually have a friend in UK, gujjew who is 6'2 and looks like hamza from fucking dhurandhar and is vegan too. Keep going yaar, you are mogging very brutally.

Whats your source of vitam D anon? Do you take supplements for that or your diet factors that in? Do you get replicant food or do you make purely vegan recipes original at home? I am always looking to expand my option away from meat heavy diet.

Based and impressive af, I say this as a non-vegetarian. How do you get B12 though?
>bit complicated
Share, I have started some BB compounds, (stronglifts 5x5, found it online).

I drink sofit which is fortified with b12 and D. Also take a multivitamin which has them.
I don't have a fancy diet, just standard gear ka khana which provides me all my macros: protein oats with fruits and seeds for breakfast, daal/brown rice/ random sabji for lunch and mixed veg fried rice with added soy chunks for dinner. Dark chocolate is my go to dessert atm.

Legs: Squat/RDL followed by isolations
Chest/Back: Incline work, flat bench. Back multi joint isolation work followed by BB rows/deadlifts.
Forearms/abs/neck: Wrist curls, reverse curls, grip work. Machine crunches, reverse crunches and hanging raises. Neck curls.
