In the Baniya and broader North Indian trading communities, the primary exogamy rule strictly applies to the paternal gotra (the father's clan lineage). The bride and groom must not share the same paternal gotra
-AI slop
But basically in baniyas some reccesive genes that cause speech impediment are found very highly cause of this inbreeding due to gotra rule

In school, I did get into a lot of fights because of it and was generally ostracised. For some reason in college, no one seems to really give a fuck about it and as a result it has reduced significantly.

Someone talk to me abt it, ask me anything. I do feel like talking today.

I realised later, I was physically not able to do anything that didn't interest me. anyways I am not a recent jeefag who picked this on social media, this was a decade ago, I got diagnosed after I got job, I am pretty good at what I do and earn well, so there is that as well

>struggles
Can’t focus when shit doesn’t interest me, or when I am not in a good state of mind. In school I wasn’t able to focus at all, I didn’t do any work, wpuld just come and fuck around and study 1 day before tests. Because I was constantly in a state of stress.
>positives
I don’t think there are any positives about ADHD, per se. I guess “hyper focus” but I think that is a meme. I have been blessed enough to have high IQ. I feel ADHD is a stress-response to some degree, when your life is shit, and you are in a place you genuinely hate, your mind treats it as a survival situation, and ADHD is a more primitive state of mind. I believe once you get into a better environment; I.e someplace where you are studying what you want to study, your mind relaxes and moves away from the primitive ADHD state. I don’t believe in medication of ADHD and most psychiatric medication by and large, you aren’t addressing the root cause of the issue.

I haven't bothered getting a ASD diagnosis since I am an adult now, but I might in the future. I had virtually every single aspie trait as a child, even my parents were well aware about it but didn't bother taking me to counselling. Sigh.

No point in paying for a diagnosis when you already know it in that case. You just want to be vindicated it’s not gonna help you in anyway. You should stop thinking of yourself as “someone with Asperger’s” or “someone with ADHD” or “someone with a stammer”. These labels are self fulfilling. The mind is far more fluid than Jewish psychiatry would like to admit. Neurological disorders can naturally disappear.

Yes, you're absolutely right. I had a depressive phase a few yrs ago as I lamented how different my life would have been if I were neurotypical. Even going to the reddit autism support sub was a sad experience.
But I quickly realised that you gotta make the best out of what you've been dealt with.

I graduated this year and will be starting my PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience (not a coincidence) next year. I am not built for traditional jobs.
Wbu, stammer-anon?

The support subs are always disgusting, I hate them. Just weak people bitching and crying about life. I get them, but I can never truly sympathise with such people.
