They have so much aura, you cannot hate the Whyte Man. Their golden age was beautiful. I found this comment under a youtube video: The ground was an uncivilized mess, so utterly forlorn in nature. There were ruins there, overtaken by shrubbery and frequented by wildlife. Two figures crested the horizon on horseback, a senior hunter and his apprentice - they needed food for their village. Trade was scarce in most regions since the collapse, since the great fire which scarred the earth forever, and so people once again needed to hunt their food. The two hunters advanced through the wreckage, forsaken structures of rock unlike anything the village folk had for themselves, for they did not know how to obtain such materials. They appeared to be of intelligent design, the interiors of such buildings aligned with archaic equipment suited for a purpose beyond the comprehension of the hunters, or any man alive in this period for that matter. "What's that?" The apprentice asked, pointing out to what appeared to be the center of the sprawling ruin site. There it was, the monolith. It almost resembled a cylinder and reached over a hundred meters into the sky, not that the hunters had any way of measuring this though. It was made of a smooth substance, that vaguely reflected the harsh rays of the sun, even after centuries of moss and dust obscuring its grandeur. Then, the senior hunter opened his mouth to speak. "Legends speak of the Whyte-Man, a people who could use magic to fly to the moon in monoliths like this. Most however, think they never existed at all. Most believe that the great fires were the beginning, and suffering is a constant of our world that will forever inhibit from ascending to a higher civilization. Most believe these ruins are illusions, made by the gods eons ago, before our time. But we will not ponder this any longer, otherwise the village will go hungry." And so they went on with their hunting trip.
