I think the top 1% from every caste should come together and form some kind of super-caste, with those people taking the responsibility of ruling the country under a strong, authoritarian-monarchist system. There should be a strict code of conduct and institutional safeguards to ensure that this ruling class does not become compromised or corrupted over time.
I don't think democracy, or laws designed around mass populism, are necessarily the right systems for governing a country effectively especially with low IQ jewt populace that knows nothing more than eating and breeding.
I would agree to this system, but the point is: how will you get the one percent? IQ would be the most likely answer. Also, the top one percent of some castes are so unintelligent that you can’t even boning them, let alone breed.
