Not to be that guy but it's stated that majority of child rape are in the ages of 16 and 17. which for the benefit of doubt is literally adult.
Now ,why do I call it rape ?? Its because the child under this circumstances does not legally provide consent so even if they were in love i know hard to believe a uncle and her niece are in love other family members can file a case on her behalf that's why there was a petition to reduce the age of consent to 16.
