Hi guys
Im the soon to be 28 year old who quit gaming and movies. I spend the weekend still locked in the room. But this time instead of coping with movies and games did nothing.
So my question is if I do this long enough will my brain force me to go outside to find escape from boredom and finally I will "improve"? Inam getting thoughts of what if I don't and get back to movies and games.
