if we go more into detail I think its because most indian media doesnt make sex scenes like hollywood. Thats why most indians have not developed the vocab for it.
Most kids watch hollywood stuff and learn from there insted of here.
Bollywood then copies the trend and serve the same english mix in their movies. We don't have creators here.
