What's the Job reality for a male in freshers BPO role yaaro? i applied for Amazon CSA role and interview is scheduled this Friday, some individuals who have given interview are saying that, HRs are extremely biased towards foids and reject males on arbitrary reasons is this true? Also, your role will be having to deal with angry customers without losing your cool. It's not a good job if you are sensitive to rejection and overthink and stuff like that. A job that expects thick skin and slavedriving managers.

Yaar I'm a BA grad with 4 years of career gap that's the only job I'm eligible for, I want to go for ausbildung in Germany and for that if I show I have some work experience it's easier to get visa

Yes I will be needing B2 level german before I even apply. And no it's not for the BPO role you can choose any role but to get german visa you have to show some credentials otherwise they reject visa on the suspicion of pajeet trying to streetshit in Germany.
