Because Pakistan is punjab. Most of the punjab went to Pakistan side. All the upperclass Khatris hindu/sikhs and sindhi hindus left pak during the partition. Pak consists of Jaat, sindhi, pashtun (northwest pak) and rajputs. Which should make you wonder...why these kahlistani fags don't demand Pakistan's side of punjab but when it comes to india they will go as far as to claim himachal.
