This place will probably die within the next few months, where do you think this community will migrate?
I've grown increasingly tired of imageboards. They feel extremely niche, tend to encourage cultural stagnation, and no longer seem like a worthwhile place to invest time, creativity, or effort.
Instead of migrating to another version of the same thing what do you think could become the next major platform for this community? More importantly, what would it take to build something genuinely new rather than repeating the same imageboard formula yet again?

Indus got shutdown because sarthak couldnt afford it, dont think zen has that problem also he doesnt actively engage in this site too so post quality is none of his concern

This Indiachan is new. Give it some time. Activity here is increased after Induschan shutdown. Bharatchan took 2 years to build up its user base. Oldfags leave and newfags join. Many oldfags left after Puranavid Indiachan also. This happens in every iteration. Also don't just think of this Indiachan as continuation of Bharatchan.

I don't think tradcucks would join chans when Xitter already exists.
The casteist and regionalist autists would most likely just kang on Instagram, and other autists with different hobbies would probably end up on Reddit.
Even the librandoo lurkers here will eventually get tired of the constant unfiltered slurs being flung around without any moderation and leave as well.
And honestly, I can see chan culture dying in the coming years as soycietal collapse start to hit.

Dead internet theory feels more real every day. People are tired of AI-generated superficial content they see on social media. Imageboards/Chan culture is the last place left on the internet for genuine, unfiltered conversation.
