You have to go attend issues at customer / company site. It'll involve lot of travel, lot of calls, yelling, deadlines, calls at uncertain times, etc. Your lifespan will reduce by 5 years in such jobs. Especially in a climate and traffic like jeetland.
Since you're not really engineer per se but a slave driver you will also be having to deal with making people who have done ITI or diploma to do their job, who are usually alcoholic or chew tobacco at work to tolerate their own physical and mental problems that come with these jobs.
