Am trying hard to desensitize myself.
My surrounding is full of jeetas wearing slutty dresses, it's rare to see someone wearing modest clothes let alone trad.
I can't stop myself from looking at them, and it feels weird when they notice. I am not attracted to them at all, fucking kallu fatties showing cleavage, even my testicles are fairer than them. I don't know why i look at them, maybe cuz it's rare for me to see such revealing clothes. I just fear what if it creates big issue, some pick me rand excuse me of being perv.

i don't believe in that. you just need a hobby. i mean not like reading. something that will give an opportunity to talk to other people at some point.
for example like trekking, maintaining your own bike / car, building something etc. you automatically learn to talk to people that way.
bottom line: there is no social skill 101 irl. you just need to start aomehwere and go along.
