My aunt's friend managed to get a friend to help me a job at a medical equipment supplier office nearby and my parents said no to it because 1. it has no BRAND (IZZAT) and 2. it's a store executive kind of job that will involve handling goods and storing it in a warehouse (LOW IZZAT!!!) and 3. it has nothing to do with mechanical engineering.
After a lot of argument and reasoning I begged my parents to give me a chance and my dad said I will speak to the friend first but even he backed off from it saying it's not suitable for a graduate like me and that it's meant for people who just finished school or some arts college.
That content creator job in school will be an instarejection if they come to know I did that.

I know. My parents live in a parallel universe that is out of touch with reality.
I am not able to reason with them using logic and data. I even went to a job fair last year once with my dad and he got overwhelmed by how many unemployed people there were. Even showing him the reality of the situation does not convince him. I am helpless at this point. I feel like giving up and just staying a NEET forever not to spite them but because I can't even play the game according to their impossible rules.
Unc pack up and move to blore. Give job interviews in renewable energy sector, thats the only part of mech where you will still get a job. You will get atleast 40k a month. Move out of your parents home you permanent child and grow up already
