Buddhist monks do genuinely develop powers at moments, there is no fully adhered esoteric guide, tibetan esotericism is a different addition to tibetan buddhism. Supernatural powers in monks are not a big deal, infact it is seen as an annoyance as it means people will ask for proof. Many are told to hide their powers and focus on the dhamma.

Do not seek unwholesome attention from anything. Be patient, be humble, you are always mostly spiritually safe, it is only when you are dealing with highs and lows that you need to be careful. This is why monks choose a peaceful life, highs and lows are effective but can cost you.

Sex is more important for men than women. Societies current conception of sexuality as simply sex for men and complicated for women is not exact.
If you are a man who is not blinded by ignorance you need to be selective about women, you need to be more like a woman in a sense, this is the way to achieve momentum in life.
Be careful if you find yourself wanting a woman for the sake of loneliness or comfort or sexual desire. This will cut you off from women or create unfortunate cycles with women. Desire women individually as people. Be careful.
