Just got rejected in Naukri for a fucking entry level administrative role at an educational institution that clearly says 0 to 4 YoE. The cherry on top is that I just noticed that it's a fucking temporary / contractual offer and it's not even a permanent role. Of course it also has 40 applicants. What the fuck do you guys even want?
