Bubble won't pop anytime soon cuz this whole usa economic boom is based on free/borrowed money (japnese ~0% interest) and debt (in form of bonds) . Usa can print infinite money(like they did in COVID 19) with their petro dollar economy too, currently usa debt very High (go Google it for specific number anan) but they are good to go as ppl still believe in them(us stocks/real-estate/economy/ etc)that's why their bonds sold.
Ai boom is different scenario, as corporate are putting their money in ai stuff of big giant(GAYMAN) to get a premium which they can't by normal means. And also enjoying the hype and it's hard to believe that these companies will collapse as they are in our everyday life.
