On a serious note, Ive lived at a hostel, at home and on long journeys of travel and by far the best diet I ever had was when I was alone for 5 months without family abroad and all I ate was chicken, eggs and broccoli and rice, my mother was horrified at the amount of it all.

I kind of hate living at home because of this, Indian living has this stipulation, and they assume that home is great! and you'll miserable without it. I was perfectly fine at hostel and alone, infact im probably entirely self sufficient in all manners, I was cleaner and eating better and more organized when I wasn't at home. They think you wont survive without a maid cleaning your room lol

They dont understand anything. For them they want me to eat their shitty diet of carbs and not eat too many eggs and dont drink zero sugar soda, but they also dont understand that Im taller and built differently than them which means I need a different set of macros. 6 eggs scaress them
