So learn and do not hesitate to explore your interest and do step out of your comfort zone so that you can gain knowledge which will definitely help. You might be a hell of a great worker but if you can't communicate then it looses value. >>11160 Well I do not have much visibility on OSCP but as much as I know it's kind of security testing of codes app and sites etc.. something like what we call as penetrating test or pen test. Now do we need a certificate to apply, it again depends on demand but my advice is learn it from any available source n understand it get as much knowledge as you can and appear for interview. Certificate is just a authentication that you know what you saying.
